Sorry I'm late updating. Bob made it to the other side of the Missouri River yesterday which was his goal. It was 93 miles and he road for around 4 hours and 50 minutes and averaged 19.1 miles per hour. Yesterday was an arduous ride through horrible winds coming off the side at 25 miles per hour. Once he made it across the bridge, Bob road back over and set up camp in Brownsville Nebraska right at the Missouri River since there was no place in sight on the Missouri side. Today Bob plans to only ride in Missouri for another 28 miles or so and then enter into Iowa. Let's hope there was better weather today for easier riding!
Don't forget to donate to Habitat through the link on the side when you get a chance! Go Bob, we're all following your journey excitedly and rooting you on every step of the way!
